I had the privilege of joining Bishan & Partners since pupilage in which for me was an incredible and insightful journey. During my tenure of approximately three years, I have gained many invaluable experiences along the way as we were given various opportunities to develop and were able to assist and work closely with the partners in charge of the matter from start to end which had help us grasp a better understanding and made the whole process a more rewarding one. Furthermore, notwithstanding the tight deadlines, meetings scheduled on short notice and client’s request which requires immediate attention, the partners would still take time out of their hectic schedule in prioritizing and ensuring our professional growth and development.

Bishan & Partners has a positive working environment which encompasses respect and values the importance of teamwork which had helped me adapt to the challenges I faced in the early stages of my legal career. The partners and my colleagues were also very supportive and understanding which has definitely made the working experience a more memorable one.
